TERMS & CONDITIONS



*A non-refundable 30% deposit for elopements and weddings are required to secure a booking date

*A non-refundable deposit of $100 for all other sessions are required to secure a booking date, the remaining will be due 7 days and no later before the scheduled date of photo shoot.

*Your booking date is not secure until the deposit is paid and contract is read and signed

*3 days notice via email for cancellation/reschedule is preferred (emergencies are an exception)

*No-shows, failure to communicate confirmation and/or cancellations that fall under 24 hours will not be refunded (emergencies are an exception)

*If client is unhappy with product, it must be communicated within 48 hours of recieving the gallery, in this case reasonable changes can be made to satisfy the client, however please note: I do not photoshop facial features, weight, shape, or any other unnatural editing. I capture things as they are, and as beautifully as i can and some minor skin smoothing/blemish removal will be applied.

*Cancellation due to weather will not be any extra charge if we need to reschedule, I will communicate with you and let you know within 1-6 hours of the session whether it can go ahead or not due to the unpredictable nature of weather

Gift Vouchers

*Expires 36 months (3 years) from issue date

*Non-redeemable for cash

*If bought for a specific session, and gift voucher not used within 12 months of issue, please note my rates may increase and any difference in price is required to be paid to access the same session. no extra charge will be incurred if used within 6 months, even if there are rate increases.
